Dawn Moran RN, CDONA, BCMHC is a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility in Florida.  She has been a licensed nurse for 4 decades and has focused on Skilled Nursing since 2000.   She leads a team of nursing professionals who affectionately call her “the auditing queen”.  Dawn’s nursing team is resident focused and under her leadership has a track record of delivering high quality patient outcomes.  

Dawn also spent 4 years as the clinical manager for PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) programs both in her home state of Pennsylvania as well as Florida. This program enables nursing home eligible individuals to remain in their homes. 

In addition to nursing Dawn has a passion for people.  She is a Board-Certified Mental Health Coach and serves in her local church as well as utilizing these skills in how she engages with her staff.
