Kimberly Falco, DNP, RN

Dr. Kimberly Falco is a Coach and Mentor and national lead for Nursing Education in the Office of Academic Affiliations (OAA). She works in collaboration with her team to support the nursing portfolio that impacts thousands of nursing health profession trainees. Before joining OAA, Dr. Falco worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs in Las Vegas as the Acting Director of Academic Programs and Scholarship, she is an Adjunct Professor and has a long-standing professional commitment to nursing leadership and education.

Dr. Falco led several programs within the VA, including Nursing Research and Academic Projects, OAAs nurse residency programs for Mental Health and Primary Care Nurse Practitioners, Veterans Affairs Learning Opportunities Residency and Nursing Scholarships. She enjoys working with her community in various outreach programs to educate our youth and promote nursing and healthcare professions to the next generation.
